The CMVAS Group is an integrated connectivity service, ICT distribution, technical services and critical power business, built over 2 decades and serving customers all over South Africa. 7 Lots going on auction over 2 days, properties and vehicles online auction 28 September @10am. The other lots are online/webcast auction on the 29th of September @12pm. The sum-of-all-parts lot 1 - 6 sells the different services of the business versus Lot 7 which is the all-in-one option. The highest offer from the sum-of-the-parts vs lot 7 on its own will determine the winning bidder. Lot 1: Connectivity side of the business, including ICASA license and towers. Lot 2: SwitchCom is the ICT distribution company. Lot 3: EDS UPS, the backup power solution company. Lot 4: SwitchCom and EDS UPS stock only, with office furniture. Lot 5: All the properties in the group. Lot 6: All the vehicles in the group. Lot 7: Is the group of companies going on auction through sale of all the shares. All prices exclude VAT.
